A recent article based on an international study led by the University of Edinburgh, has shed light on the potential benefits of dietary changes for those living with endometriosis. In a study involving 2,599 participants, 45% reported pain relief after eliminating gluten from their diet. Another 45% experienced improvements after cutting out dairy.
