Shipping policy
All of our products are freshly baked to order. We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days, with most Mainland UK deliveries arriving the next working day after dispatch via DPD.
Delivery to Mainland UK (excluding the Highlands) starts from £4.50 and is free on orders over £35. Collection from our South London bakery is also available.
Order Processing
All of our products are freshly baked to order. Once you place an order:
- Processing time: Please allow up to 3 working days for us to process your order.
- Working days: Our bakery is closed on weekends and UK bank holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next working day.
- Order confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order.
- Dispatch: Once your order has been booked for delivery, we will send you an email with tracking details.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days. During particularly busy periods, dispatch may take longer.
Delivery Information
Most Mainland UK orders are sent via DPD using a next-working-day delivery service once dispatched.
Some remote postcodes, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, may take longer to arrive. Please see our shipping rates and estimated delivery times below.
You may request a specific delivery date in the notes section at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but requested dates cannot be guaranteed. If we are unable to meet your requested date, we will contact you where necessary.
Courier Information
Courier service: UK deliveries are sent via DPD.
Where contact details are provided, DPD may send you:
- Delivery and tracking updates
- A 1-hour estimated delivery window
- Options to choose a safe place or alternative delivery instructions
You can also use the DPD App to track your delivery and manage available delivery options.

Collection (Store Pickup)
Customers may also choose to collect their order from our bakery:
- Location: My Gluten Free Bakery, 6 Print Village, 58 Chadwick Road, London, SE15 4PU
- Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-4:00pm
- Closed: Weekends and bank holidays
- How to arrange: After adding your products to your cart, select "View Cart" and choose the "Store Pickup" option. Store Pickup cannot currently be selected at checkout.
Your order will be baked to be freshest on your selected collection day. If you are unable to collect on that day, you may collect it later, but we will not re-bake the order.
