Delivery & Collection

Everything we make is baked fresh to order, so the short wait before dispatch means your bread is made specially for you, not pulled from a warehouse shelf.

Packed straight after baking and sent on a next-day delivery service with DPD. We aim to have it with you within 5 working days of placing your order.

Delivery to UK Mainland (excl. Highlands) starts from £4.50, and is free over £35. You can also collect from our South London bakery.

Order Processing

All of our products are freshly baked to order — we never batch bake. Once you place an order:

• Working hours: Our bakery is closed on weekends and UK bank holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next working day.
• Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email within 1 working day.
• Dispatch: Once your order is booked for delivery, we'll send you an email with tracking details.

Delivery Information

We work hard to get your freshly baked goods to you as soon as possible. Here's how it works:

1. We prepare your products using our sourdough starters.
2. We bake your order fresh to minimise waste.
3. We carefully pack your freshly made bread.

2. Our courier picks up your order.
3. DPD delivers it to your door on a next-day service. We aim to have it with you within 5 working days of placing your order.

You can request a specific delivery date in the notes section at checkout. If we can't meet your request, we'll get in touch to find the next best option.

Collection (Store Pickup)

• Location: My Gluten Free Bakery, 6 Print Village, 58 Chadwick Road, London, SE15 4PU
• Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm
• Closed: Weekends and bank holidays
• How to arrange: Once you've added items to you cart, please select "View Cart". The "Store Pickup" option is only found on the cart page, and cannot be chosen at checkout.

We will bake your order to be freshest on your selected collection day. If you're unable to collect on that day, you may still collect later, but we will not re-bake your order.

Shipping Information

Courier Service: All UK orders are delivered by DPD. We recommend downloading the DPD App which gives you more control to track and divert your package, if needed.

DPD will send you:

• Delivery updates
• A 1-hour delivery window
• Options to choose a safe place or alternative delivery instructions (if contact details are provided)

Shipping Destinations:

• Mainland UK - within 5 working days
• Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight - 4-6 working days

Important: We no longer ship to the EU.

Shelf Life & Storage

• Fresh Bread & Baked Goods: Naturally preserved by sourdough's acidity. Best enjoyed within 3-5 days of delivery.
• Freezing: If you plan to freeze items, we recommend pre-slicing and doing so on the day of delivery.
• Baking Kits: Shelf life of at least 6 months upon delivery.
