Refunds & Cancellations

We bake everything fresh, just for you, so that every bite is delicious and nothing goes to waste. Because our baked goods are made to order, we handle cancellations, returns, and refunds a little differently for these items compared to non-perishables.


Cancellations

All our breads, cakes, and baking mixes are baked or prepared to order, so we can guarantee freshness and minimise waste.

Because they are perishable, orders for these items can only be cancelled up to the day of baking. After baking begins, they are non-refundable. Just drop us an email at info@mygfbakery.co.uk if you need to cancel your order.


Returns

Baked Goods & Mixes (Perishable Items)

Because our breads, bagels, and baking mixes are made fresh for you, they can't be returned unless:

  • They arrived damaged, or
  • Theyre not what you ordered, or
  • They're not as described.

If that happens, get in touch within 48 hours of delivery and we'll put it right - whether that's sending a replacement or giving you a refund.

Non-Perishables

For anything you can't eat, you have 14 days from the day after delivery to change your mind.

Just email us at info@mygfbakery.co.uk and return the items within 14 days in their original, unused condition.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items (or proof of posting).

You'll need to cover return postage unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing.


Damaged Goods

We pack every order with care, but if something arrives damaged or not quite right:

  • Please email us at info@mygfbakery.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a quick photo.
  • We'll arrange a replacement, refund, or other solution that works for you - at no extra cost.

Subscriptions

If you're part of our bakery subscription community you can manage your subscription online in our Subscription Customer Portal where you can:

  • Swap items
  • Change delivery frequencies
  • Update addresses
  • Change payment details
  • Cancel your subscription

Please note: All cancellations and refunds for subscriptions are handled under the same timeframes and conditions outlined in the earlier sections of this policy, so please check those for full details.
