Terms of Supply

These Terms of Supply explain how buying from The Gluten Free Bakery works. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who We Are

We are The Gluten Free Bakery (registered as Rana's Bakery & Brasserie Limited - Company No. 09093424).

If you have questions or need help with your order, just reach out - we're happy to help!

2. Ordering from Us

  • A contract is formed when we accept your order by email.
  • If we can't accept your order (out of stock, errors, etc.), we'll let you know and will refund you.
  • Orders are only for customers in the UK & Ireland.

Think of your order like reserving your treat - once we confirm, it's officially yours!

3. Our Products

  • Images and descriptions are for illustration purposes - actual products may vary slightly.
  • Packaging may differ from pictures shown online.

We bake with love; a little variation is part of the charm!

4. Delivery & Collection

  • Delivery costs and times are shown during checkout.
  • We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days. Delivery is usually next day after dispatch, subject to courier availability.
  • If you've asked to collect, you can pick up during our working hours Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm
  • If you're not home when goods are delivered, we'll leave instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect.

If you miss your delivery, don't worry - we'll help you get your goodies!

5. Risk & Ownership

  • Products become your responsibility once they are delivered or collected.
  • You own the products once they have been paid for in full.

Once it's in your hands, it's yours to enjoy - but we promise we'll make sure it reaches you safely!

6. Returns & Cancellations

  • Cancellations can be made up to the day of baking (usually the next working day after the order).
  • Returns & refunds are covered by our Returns & Cancellation Policy.
  • If goods are faulty or misdescribed, you have the right to a replacement or refund.

We hope you love your order, but if there's an issue, we'll make it right!

7. Our Responsibilities

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by us, but not for indirect losses like loss of business.

8. Payment

  • Payment is due when you place the order.
  • If payment is not received, we may suspend supply until it is made.

Your order isn't officially yours until payment is complete, so be sure to finish checkout!

9. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms occasionally.
  • Any updates will be shown on our website.

Don't worry - we'll always keep things clear if anything changes.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

This just means we follow UK law, so everything stays fair and safe for both sides.
