We are a very low waste bakery, so the breadcrumbs are made from those spare sourdough breads we have that are not donated to Peckham Food Cycle. Stock is limited! 

As with all our other products these are suitable for coeliacs and vegans. They are free from all 14 major allergens, contain no yeast and are free from refined sugar.
