Made with our gluten-free sourdough starter, these chunky bagels are infused with garlic and topped with nigella seeds for a rich, savoury finish. Baked fresh to achieve a classic chewy texture, they deliver a deeply flavourful twist on a traditional bagel. Perfect for those who prefer a more savoury option with plenty of character.
Slice and toast, then fill with your favourite savoury ingredients such as salmon & cream cheese, pastrami & mustard, or avocado & sun-dried tomatoes.
Suitable for freezing for up to 3 months; defrost at room temperature and refresh in the oven before serving, or pre-slice and toast straight from frozen.
- We bake all orders fresh and aim to dispatch within 5 working days, with delivery usually next working day after dispatch via DPD.
- Mainland UK delivery is from £4.50, and free on orders over £35. We also offer DPD Local Pickup for £3.75.

Our fresh sourdough bread is handmade to order, so please allow 5 working days from purchase. Your bread is baked fresh and posted, for next day delivery via DPD. If you provide a mobile number and email address, DPD will send you a delivery window on the day of delivery.
Delivery is free on orders over £35 (excludes Highlands & Islands). Standard delivery is £4.50, while orders under £10 cost £5.99. Deliveries can also be made to a DPD Local Pickup location near you for £3.75.
Please note: Subscriptions are excluded from DPD Local Pickup.
Yes, you can freeze the bread for up to 3 months. Defrost at room temperature or place in the oven for 10-15 minutes to serve warm.
