I received my first sourdough loaf today and am so blown away how good it tastes. I am new to this and have recently been told no wheat, yeast or dairy so to find you was amazing. I had toast and marmalade for breakfast and then a ham sandwich for lunch, it tasted so good. I've already placed my next order. 😍

Absolutely amazing! I cannot eat any other gluten free bread or bagels. I recommend to every one. I order every month and store in the freezer. Absolute perfection.

Love this gluten free bread. It’s the best I have tried.

Four years after succumbing to middle age and developing a gluten intolerance, I thought I was forever doomed to flaky, tasteless Genius type supermarket bread. Matters came to a head at a recent stay at a Hilton where, after humbling asking for gluten-free toast to compliment my £20 eggs, they emerged with a slice of cardboard on toast. As I wept loudly into my napkin, a kindly guest took pity and whispered quietly into my ear “Have you tried GFB?” A mere two days later and the package arrived. Soon I was tucking into the most amazing taste sensation, the butter shamefully turned from star of the show to apologetic and humble accompanying servant, a shift in power not seen since Les Dennis and Amanda Holden in the nineties. My struggles of the past four years behind me, I can turn my attention to other mid-life matters such as my alarming hair loss, whether or not to have an affair and my troubling fondness for Coldplay. Thank you GFB, I now have my life back

Great taste and texture

Had what looked like uncooked areas in the bread bit maybe that was just the different ingredients. Toasted okay but added a not great flavour to the sandwich

I'm very sad to say, although this bread is the best gluten free bread unfortunately, sorghum can cause allergic rhinitis. I've since had to stop eating any foods containing sorghum and my symptoms are now improving. I shall really miss eating this delicious bread. I'm hoping gfb bakery will be able to make their bread exchanging sorghum for another product so myself and other sufferers can still enjoy this lovely fresh gluten free bread.

Took weeks for my bread to come, when it did arrive it was mouldy and costumer service was bad

I've tried a number of GF bread and the texture always seems off... but this is game changing! It tasted fresh, great texture and lovely as toast. Never thought I'd be able to eat bread again, it's made my day!
