Soft, gently earthy and delicately sweet, our limited-edition gluten-free matcha sourdough loaf offers a unique twist.
Created in collaboration with OMG Tea, this small-batch loaf combines our gluten-free sourdough with high-quality matcha for subtle green tea notes and a calm, balanced flavour. Baked fresh with a soft crumb and delicate sweetness, it’s a quietly indulgent and distinctive addition to the range. Produced as a limited run, it may not return, making it one to enjoy while it’s here.
Delicious toasted and served simply with butter and honey, or paired with avocado, cream cheese or a pinch of flaky salt.
Suitable for freezing for up to 3 months; defrost at room temperature and refresh in the oven before serving, or pre-slice and toast straight from frozen."
