Deeply flavoured and aromatic, our Nearly Rye gluten-free sourdough loaf combines a soft crumb with a subtly spiced finish.
Available exclusively in the autumn months, this loaf is inspired by traditional rye bread and crafted with a gluten-free sourdough starter for a rich, wholesome texture. Caraway and fennel seeds add a distinctive depth of flavour, creating a savoury loaf with gentle warmth. Handmade to order and baked fresh, it’s a comforting seasonal favourite without the gluten.
Best served warm with butter, or paired with savoury toppings like cheese, smoked fish, or deli-style fillings.
Suitable for freezing for up to 3 months; defrost at room temperature and refresh in the oven before serving, or pre-slice and toast straight from frozen.
We bake every order fresh to order rather than keeping bread sitting in a warehouse, so it arrives at its best. Baked fresh to order and delivered within 5 working days via DPD.
