Made using our gluten-free sourdough starter, these bagels are glazed with golden syrup and finished with a sprinkle of chia seeds for added texture. Each one is baked to achieve that classic dense, chewy consistency you expect from a proper bagel. Shortlisted in the prestigious Baking Industry Awards, these bagels are a firm customer favourite and a properly satisfying gluten-free treat.
Slice and toast, then fill with your favourite savoury or sweet toppings for a satisfying bite.
Suitable for freezing for up to 3 months; defrost at room temperature and refresh in the oven before serving, or pre-slice and toast straight from frozen.

Our fresh sourdough bread is handmade to order, so please allow 5 working days from purchase. Your bread is baked fresh and posted, for next day delivery via DPD. If you provide a mobile number and email address, DPD will send you a delivery window on the day of delivery.
Delivery is free on orders over £35 (excludes Highlands & Islands). Standard delivery is £4.50, while orders under £10 cost £5.99. Deliveries can also be made to a DPD Local Pickup location near you for £3.75.
Please note: Subscriptions are excluded from DPD Local Pickup.
Yes, you can freeze the bread for up to 3 months. Defrost at room temperature or place in the oven for 10-15 minutes to serve warm.
