What is First Slice?

First Slice is our points and rewards programme. Registered customers can collect points through shopping and other activities, then exchange them for proper bakery rewards, including bagels, sourdough loaves, mixes, bundles and seasonal treats.

Do I need to pay to join?

No. First Slice is completely free to join. If you would like to earn more points and unlock additional benefits, you can choose one of our two paid memberships.

How many points will I earn when I shop?

All customers will earn 1 First Slice point per £1 spent on orders. Loaf Society members will earn additional points depending on their membership tier:

  • On the Rise members earn 2 points for every £1 spent
  • Artisan Reserve members earn 3 points for every £1 spent

There is no limit on the number of purchase points you can earn.
