Boss Bagels

I'm a multiple repeat customer and always order a couple of packs of these because they are - hands down - the best gluten free bagels you will ever try. Forget the dry, dusty, flavourless supermarket ones: these are soft, chewy, moist, and with the gorgeous sour flavour of sourdough; they're the closest thing you will find to gluten-containing bagels - believe me, I've tried loads. I slice and freeze them on arrival and they defrost and toast (from frozen, or otherwise) extremely well. I eat them toasted with just butter, or cream cheese, or smoked salmon - whatever I have on them, they're delicious. Love them!

Ive just ordered my second box of various loaves and bagels, and i am absolutely loving all of them.
I was diagnosed ith coeliac disease in 1986 and in all these years i have never had such gorgeous gf bread, or anything that replaces what i remember wheat bread being like. The smell and the taste of every single product from you that i have tried, is so robust and wonderful. Slightly more expensive but it is really filling and satisfying so i dind i eat a bit less of it than i would with other gf breads. My favourite so far is the large seeded loaf, but i also love the non sweet bagels.. the only bread that comes anywhere near the same quality and deliciousness was the bread i bought from Copains (A gf bakery chain in Paris) when i was visiting france last year, but i like yours best. Thank you!!

I can not tolerate gluten. I have been disappointed with GF Free From bread products in supermarkets but have persevered hoping for that "bite and texture" in a non Wheat-Barley-Rye bread product. All that has changed now that I have tasted the Boss Bagels having lunch at Daylesford Farm restaurant. The taste, quality and texture is delicious and I look forward to tasting more of their GF products.
My sister has coeliac and I will share the delight of tasting the best bagels ever!

Love these bagels lightly toasted. It would be super helpful if the bakery had the option to pre slice them as I’m disabled and struggle with dexterity

I ordered two bags of boss bagels. The bagels are lovely, the texture is just like that of a wheat bagel, the size is good too, as well as the flavour. But the huge air bubbles are an issue. They’re both inside the bagel and on the surface of the bagel. Because of the air bubbles the bagels burn in the toaster and I had to cut parts of the bagel off. Perhaps the baking temperature is too high as the bagels are also quite dark. Otherwise great and definitely by far the best store bought bagels I have been able to find anywhere.

Bought these from Whole Foods on a whim. Delicious GF bagels. My daughter has Coeliacs and really enjoyed them.

Will definitely be returning for the bagels and looking forward to trying other loaves in the future.

These have changed my expectations of gluten free bread! So delicious and the texture is incredible. The very best alternative - so good it would fool someone who eats gluten products!

These are simply the best bagels, I live rurally, so getting anything decent that's gluten free is a struggle, but the fact I can get them delivered, freeze them in and enjoy them whenever I fancy makes life worth living ;-) Great bagels, please don't ever stop making and sending them all they way up to the Highlands!

The Boss Bagels are delicious!

These are the best bagels I’ve had since being gluten free (coming up 10 years since I’ve had a good bagel!) and they freeze really well so you don’t have to rush through a pack. They’re the closest to what I remember bagels tasting like and they’re actually bagel size, not a sad looking 2/3 size thing that you get in a packet.
Highly recommend them!

Just had a bacon bagel sandwich and it was delicious, so flavourful! Chewy, not dry just perfect :) Will be buying again! X

These bagels are without doubt the best GF bread ever. I've been a coeliac for 7 years and tried many products. You won't be disappointed. These are now a staple in our house - love by both GF and non-GF eaters.

Better than any other bagels on the market. We just don't believe they are gluten free! Not only that, but they freeze really well and when defrosted there is no deterioration in flavour. My daughter and I have been gluten free for years, but my 83 year old mother has just been diagnosed coeliac too. She has gone through the disappointment of the 'Free From' aisle in our local supermarket and resigned herself to never enjoying bread again. Thanks for making us happy in lockdown.

We have moved out of London in November and couldn't get decent bagels here in Oxford. We discovered GF bakery by chance on social media and couldn't be happier! Service was fantastic and the bagels are just from another world!! so so so good! My husband lived in NYC for a while and had had seriously excellent bagels over there. He was shocked by how perfect these one were, in every way! Thank you !!

I never write reviews - but these bagels are outstanding! Not only for those of us who can't have gluten but just generally they are the best bagels I've ever had

I have never tried these before, but picked them up in Wholefoods. I have only just taken my last bite and HAD to write a review!! My goodness, you would never know they are gluten free. More than that - these are the best bagels I have tried regardless of if they're gluten free or not!! As someone who has been GF for 8 years, the biggest issue I have is finding GF substitutes that don't have 500 ingredients (not to mention ingredients I can pronounce!!). The beauty of these is that not only are there so few ingredients, I know what they all are and don't have to compromise on quality. All I can say is - I don't know how you've done it, but please keep doing it!!

These bagels are absilutely delicious! I love the texture and how they taste, FAR superior to the ones you find in the shops (Genius, I'm looking at you). They keep their shape and toast up so well. Ordering another bag right now!

These are the best bagels I've had full stop. I used to eat bagels a lot before going gluten free and because I try not to eat much bread, when I do eat it I want it to be good, these bagel (and all the other bread) fulfill that and some!

These are delicious and my 5 year old daughter also loves them!

I got these along with loads of other bread and mixes for my GF partner. As she at this she said that she couldn't believe it. I tasted it and I couldn't either.
I will soon be buying some more.
