This Friday, we are opening the doors to The Loaf Society and inviting everyone to a relaxed first live session with Rana and Catherine.
Whether you have only just discovered My Gluten Free Bakery, have been wondering what The Loaf Society is all about or already know us well, we would love you to come along.
A proper introduction to The Loaf Society
Rana, founder of My Gluten Free Bakery, will begin by welcoming you and sharing why she created The Loaf Society. It started as a way to thank the people who have supported the bakery, but we wanted it to grow into more than a points programme: a community where members can learn, ask questions and feel closer to what is happening behind the scenes.
Rana will also explain the three membership tiers and the benefits available at each level, so you can understand what joining—or upgrading—could add to the way you already enjoy the bakery.
Come and meet Catherine
You will then meet Catherine Arnold, Registered Nutritional Therapist and certified Functional Medicine Practitioner.
Catherine will share her personal journey into nutritional therapy, what a holistic and science-led approach means to her and how she will be working with My Gluten Free Bakery. She will also introduce some of the gluten-free nutrition and everyday wellbeing topics we hope to explore together.
What to expect
- A welcome from Rana and the story behind The Loaf Society
- An introduction to the three membership tiers and what each one offers
- Catherine’s background and personal journey into nutritional therapy
- How Catherine will support the community through future live Q&As and exclusive content
- A preview of the gluten-free nutrition and wellbeing topics we hope to explore together
- A little time for questions at the end, if time allows
An introduction first, with a little time for questions
This first event marks the beginning of our future Q&A series, but it is primarily a chance to meet Rana and Catherine and understand what is coming. We hope to leave a little time for questions at the end, although most of the session will be focused on introductions and the plans for The Loaf Society.
Free and open to everyone
This introductory live session is completely free and open to everyone—even if you are not part of The Loaf Society yet. You simply need to register in advance here so we can send you the Zoom link.
After this first open event, Catherine’s future Q&As and exclusive content will become a dedicated benefit for On the Rise and Artisan Reserve members, with priority questions for Artisan Reserve.
Save your free place
The session takes place this Friday 14th of August at 12pm. Come and meet Rana and Catherine, discover what The Loaf Society is becoming and see whether there is a place in it that feels right for you.
