Would you like trusted nutrition guidance as part of your membership?
When we began creating The Loaf Society, we knew we wanted it to offer more than points and bakery rewards. Our community asks thoughtful questions about gluten-free living, ingredients, energy, digestion and everyday wellbeing—and we wanted to make space for those conversations with someone properly qualified to guide them.
That is why we are so pleased to welcome Catherine Arnold, a Registered Nutritional Therapist and certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, to The Loaf Society.
Meet Catherine
Catherine describes her work as a little like being a health detective. She looks at the wider picture of a person’s health and uses nutrition science to help them understand what may be happening beneath the surface.
Through The Loaf Society, Catherine will share exclusive educational content and join us for live group Q&As, where members can ask questions and hear her perspective on nutrition and wellbeing. It is a chance to learn from someone experienced, in a warm and welcoming setting alongside the rest of our community.

Why we wanted to include this
Living gluten-free can come with a lot of information—and sometimes a lot of noise. We do not want to tell our community how they should live or promise a quick fix. We simply want to create a place where you can ask thoughtful questions, hear from a qualified professional and leave with something genuinely useful.
For Rana, whose own coeliac diagnosis led to the beginning of My Gluten Free Bakery, this feels like a natural next step: good bread, honest conversation and expert knowledge brought together in one community.
