Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is My Gluten Free Bakery, trading as My Gluten Free Bakery, of The Gluten Free Bakery, 6 Print Village, 58 Chadwick Road, London, SE15 4PU (“the Promoter”).

This prize draw is being run in collaboration with Catherine Arnold. Catherine Arnold is not responsible for administering the prize draw or providing the prize unless otherwise stated.

2. Opening and closing dates

The prize draw opens at 10:00am BST on Tuesday 1st of September 2026.

The prize draw closes at 11:59pm BST on Sunday 13th of September 2026.

Entries received after the closing date and time will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.

The prize draw is not open to:

• Employees, contractors or immediate family members of the Promoter.
• Employees, contractors or immediate family members of Catherine Arnold.
• Anyone professionally connected with the creation or administration of the prize draw.
• Automated, bulk-entry, competition or giveaway accounts.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Internet access and a valid Instagram account are required.

4. How to enter

To enter, participants must complete all of the following during the promotional period:

• Follow My Gluten Free Bakery Instagram handle (@my.gf.bakery) on Instagram.
• Follow Catherine Arnold Instagram handle (@catherine_arnold_nutrition) on Instagram.
• Comment with a bagel emoji 🥯 on the competition post.
• Share the competition post to their Instagram Story and tag @my.gf.bakery in the Story.

The entrant’s Story must remain live for the standard 24-hour period unless Instagram removes it for reasons outside the entrant’s control.

Entrants with private Instagram accounts must send a screenshot of their shared Story to My Gluten Free Bakery Instagram handle (@my.gf.bakery) by direct message before the competition closes so that their entry can be verified.

All entry requirements must be completed before 11:59pm BST on Sunday 13th of September 2026.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple comments, tags or Story shares will not result in additional entries.

Entries submitted on behalf of another person will not be accepted. Joint entries are not permitted.

There is no fee to enter, although entrants are responsible for any normal internet or mobile data charges.

5. The prize

One winner will receive:

• One 12-month Artisan Reserve membership to The Loaf Society.

The membership will begin on the date it is activated by the Promoter and will remain valid for 12 consecutive months.

The prize includes the Artisan Reserve membership benefits advertised by the Promoter at the start of the competition. It does not include unlimited or complimentary bakery products unless expressly included within those advertised membership benefits.

The approximate retail value of the prize is £149.

The prize:

• Is subject to The Loaf Society’s standard membership terms.
• Is non-transferable.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or another product.
• Cannot be resold.
• Cannot be used alongside another offer where doing so is prohibited by the applicable offer terms.

If the winner already has an active Loaf Society membership, the Promoter will extend the existing membership by 12 months/upgrade the winner to Artisan Reserve for 12 months.

The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

6. Winner selection

One winner will be selected at random from all complete, valid and eligible entries received before the closing date.

The draw will take place on Monday 14th of September 2026.

The winner will be selected using a verifiably random computer process. The Promoter will retain an appropriate record of the selection process.

Before confirming the prize, the Promoter may check that the selected entrant:

• Meets the eligibility requirements.
• Completed every required entry step.
• Entered before the closing date.
• Has not used false information, multiple accounts or an automated entry method.

If the selected entrant is found to be ineligible or their entry cannot be verified, the entry will be disqualified and another winner will be selected at random.

7. Winner notification and announcement

The provisional winner will be contacted by direct message from My Gluten Free Bakery Instagram handle (@my.gf.bakery) on Monday 14th of September 2026.

The Promoter will never ask the winner to provide bank details, make a payment or follow a link to claim the prize.

The winner must respond within 48 hours of the first direct message and provide any information reasonably required to confirm their eligibility and activate the membership.

If the winner:

• Does not respond within 48 hours;
• Cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts;
• Is unable to accept the prize;
• Does not provide the information required to confirm eligibility; or
• Is found to have breached these terms,

the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner at random.

The provisional winner’s Instagram username may be announced on the Promoter’s Instagram account on Monday 14th of September 2026. The announcement will remain subject to eligibility verification and acceptance of the prize.

8. Prize delivery and activation

The Promoter will arrange activation of the membership directly with the confirmed winner.

The winner may be required to provide their full name, email address and other information reasonably necessary to create or update their Loaf Society account.

The Promoter will aim to activate the prize within 30 days of the winner accepting it and providing the required information.

The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by the winner supplying incomplete or incorrect information.

9. Entry moderation and disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to reject or disqualify any entry that:

• Is incomplete, late, fraudulent or submitted using an automated system.
• Uses multiple or false Instagram accounts.
• Contains abusive, offensive, discriminatory, unlawful or inappropriate material.
• Infringes another person’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
• Does not comply with these terms or Instagram’s applicable rules.
• Attempts to manipulate or unfairly influence the prize draw.

The Promoter’s decisions regarding eligibility and administration of the prize draw are final. No correspondence will be entered into except where required by law.

10. Personal information

The Promoter will use entrants’ personal information only where necessary to administer the prize draw, verify entries, contact the winner, award the prize and meet its legal or regulatory obligations.

Entering the prize draw does not automatically subscribe an entrant to marketing communications. Any marketing consent must be requested separately and must be optional.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at https://www.mygfbakery.com/pages/privacy-policy .

Information collected solely to administer the prize draw will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for that purpose and to meet any legal, regulatory or record-keeping obligations.

11. Instagram disclaimer

This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.

By entering, each participant acknowledges that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Instagram.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, each entrant releases Instagram and Meta from any responsibility or liability arising from or connected with the prize draw.

Entrants must comply with Instagram’s terms of use and community guidelines.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to the above, the Promoter will not be responsible for:

• Entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted or not received because of technical failures, network problems or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
• A Story share that cannot be verified because an entrant has a private account and did not submit the required screenshot.
• Suspension, interruption or unavailability of Instagram.
• Inaccurate account information supplied by an entrant.
• Losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the entrant entered the prize draw.

13. Changes or cancellation

The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the prize draw where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable.

Any changes will be made fairly, will not unfairly disadvantage entrants and will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible through the Promoter’s Instagram account.

The Promoter will not change the closing date unless circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable.

14. Acceptance of these terms

By entering the prize draw, entrants confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

The competition post and these full terms should be read together. If there is any conflict between the competition post and these terms, these terms will take precedence.

15. Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Entrants may bring legal proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which they live.
