Croutons are a great addition to any soup or salad. They are super easy to make with any of our gluten free bread that you have left over.

We've used some New Italian bread that's a few days old.
Cut up the bread into cubes
Place the bread on a baking tray and drizzle with garlic infused olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 220C for 15 minutes.
Serve with delicious gluten free soup or salad, and enjoy!
