Our tinned loaves give a more structured shape. They are delicious and fluffy everyday loaves, great for toast. 

Loaf comes sliced and they can be frozen for 3 months.

Free from: gluten, soya, milk, eggs

Suitable for vegans.
No added sugar.

All bread is handmade to order, so please allow 3 to 4 days for your order. Your bread is baked and posted the same day, for next day delivery.

 Please note: We only deliver fresh bread to the UK. Orders under £10 have a higher delivery charge.

Ingredients: Brown rice flour, potato starch, modified tapioca flour, sorghum flour,  sustainable palm oil, sourdough starter (9%), millet flour, salt, stabiliser: xanthan gum

Absolutly by far the best!!

I am soo soo thankful to have come across the GFB. I initially hesitated to buy, I've tried all the supermarket GF breads and thought that I was destined to not enjoy bread again. Being dairy and gluten free, I thought that was that. After tasting this, I will never again purchase the knock-off supermarket versions. Not only does this have the smell of bread, the taste, the chew, and can withstand sauces on sandwiches. This toasts!!!! Actually toasts and crisps up like bread should. Best best best!!!

Never stop making this!

I have searched the universe- and now I can settle. Thank you. A bread freefrom all the silly bells & whistles and ingredients I cannot tolerate with my sensitivities and intolerances. Please never stop making this bread!

Really nice gluten free bread

I admit I was dubious after many years of trying every gluten free bread on the market, but this is actually really nice! I toast it, put marmite and peanut butter on and I wolf it down. It's delicious. I have run out now and awaiting my next batch.
